Come Down to the Scenic Hills of Lawrence County to Experience OHV Trails Designed by Riders for Riders

Featuring almost 400 acres of virgin trails, rolling hills, meadows, wooded terrain and scenic ponds!

Lawrence County Recreation Park is located 12 miles south of Bloomington, west of State Road 37 at the Citgo station (follow the signs). Take the first left behind the station. Open Saturday and Sunday, 9am-dusk (must be off trails by dusk)

Admission is $10 per day ABATE members, $15 per day non-members. Primitive camping ($5 per person) and port-o-lets on site. Everyone MUST sign-in before entering the park. If you are not signed-in, you will be considered trespassing and will be subject to arrest. No rain checks or breakdown refunds will be issued. Anyone under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Park Rules:

  1. Waivers must be signed by all participants before admittance.
  2. Please stay on marked trails.
  3. Be considerate of younger, slower riders.
  4. Pick up your trash. Pack it in, pack it out!
  5. Riding permitted during daylight hours only.
  6. 10:00pm is noise curfew.
  7. 5 mph idle zone in staging/camping areas.
  8. Keep all pets leashed and provided for.
  9. Only riders under age of 15 yrs allowed on minimoto track. Must be supervised.
  10. NO ALCOHOLIC beverages or drugs on property!
  11. Have your membership or riding permit on you at all times.
  12. We strongly advise the use of safety equipment: boots, gloves, long sleeve jersey, and sturdy pants. Helmets and eye protection required!
  13. Remember, Lawrence County Recreation Park, Inc. does not provide any medical insurance.
