HATFIELD / McCOY TRAIL AT WILLIAMSON, WEST VIRGINIA
Wednesday, May 15-19, 2002

Hatfield / McCoy Appalachian MountainsThe long wait is over. Try to picture 2000 miles of marked trails running through the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia and reaching into the neighboring state of Kentucky.

This adventure starts with a 1 PM check in on the 15th. Park your tow vehicles so that you have easy access to your wheelers, as we will be riding right out of the parking lot each day. Remember that there is a reception at 5 PM with an included dinner at 6 PM. Just prior to dinner; Bev will be handing out keepsake name tags. Please wear the nametags every day. Forty people are hard to keep track of. During dinner is when I will answer any questions that pop up. Our daily itenary will be breakfast at 7:30 AM, on our scoots at 8:30 AM. Each day we will divide into two or three riding groups. That way you get to ride the way that you prefer. We’ll do numerous stops for picture taking and some good ole Polaris camaraderie. There won’t be any need to carry extra gasoline, as our miles will only be 55 / 75 each day. What I would definitely suggest you bring along is drinking water. Our riding elevation will be about 4000 feet, so jet accordingly. We should arrive back at the motel about 4:30 PM. That will give you ample time to shower and ready yourself for a 6 PM dinner. That schedule will prevail both days. When you awake the morning of the 19th, the tour is over and you are on your own. Thank you for coming and have a safe trip home.

Please remember these important stipulations. The trail permit will cost you $25. You must carry a photo I D. Helmets are mandatory. No passengers (riding double). Nothing over 50 inches allowed on the trail. That means NO Polaris Rangers.

There Are NO Polaris Rentals Available Anywhere Within 50 Miles.
As Long As You Have One Polaris In The Family, Brand X Is Welcome.
