Annual Friends of Sand Mountain Cleanup
Labor Day Weekend
 It
is time for a Spring Cleanup at Sand Mountain!
The cleanup is
scheduled for Saturday March 30, 2002 from 10AM
- Noon. Meet at the Kiosk by the second
bathrooms. BLM will provide trash bags.
We are trying
to organize a BBQ after the cleanup. If
you can help or would like to sponsor all or
part of the BBQ, please post on our
bulletin board.
The 1st Annual
Friends of Sand Mountain Cleanup was held on
September 1, 2001. More than 100
people helped to clean up Sand Mountain and
take part in raffle prizes donated by our sponsors.
Thanks to all participants and sponsors for
your help and support.
The next Labor
Day cleanup will be on Saturday, August 31,
2002.
