Massachusetts’ New England Trail Rider Association (NETRA) is encouraging Massachusetts off-highway motorcycle and ATV riders to contact their state legislators in support of trail maintenance legislation that was introduced last year by Rep. Michael Rodrigues (D – Westport). House bill 971, would require riders to purchase a “trails maintenance assessment” permit to use their vehicles on public lands.
