NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HAMILTON,
VAN BUREN COUNTY.
MICHIGAN TO INTERPRET THE HAMILTON TOWNSHIP ZONING
ORDINANCE.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals
of the Township of Hamilton, Van Buren County, Michigan
will conduct a Special Public Hearing at the Hamilton
Township Hall, 52333 Territorial Road West, Decatur
MI on Monday the 21st day of November, 2005, at
7:00 p.m., upon the request of Arthur Bombrys as
Conservator and Trustee of Eva H. Bombrys proposed
Seller, and David and Carol Stasiak proposed Purchaser,
of real estate commonly known as 49859 84th Avenue,
Decatur MI 49045 and more particularly described
as follows: The West 3/4ths of the West 1/2 of the
Northwest Quarter, and the North 3/4ths of the West
1/2 of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section 23,
Town 4 South, Range 15 West, Hamilton Township,
Van Buren County, Michigan.
The purpose of the meeting is to interpret the
Hamilton Township Zoning Ordinance in regard to
the following question, to-wit:
- Is an of road vehicle trail and recreation
park a permitted use in an Agricultural Zoned
District?
At such time and place a Hearing will be granted
any persons interested in said matter. A copy of
the Hamilton Township Zoning Ordinance may be inspected
at Grosvenor Law Office, 134 S. Phelps Street, Decatur
MI during business hours. Written comments concerning
said request can be made to Joseph Dick, Chairman
of Hamilton Township Zoning Board of Appeals, 74469
51st Street, Decatur NII 49045, at any time prior
to said Public Hearing.
