Two (ATVs and Rhino Photos)
The largest gathering of powersports
businesses in one place, at one time, every year
takes place at Indianapolis, Indiana. The
entire convention center, the RCA Dome and several
hotels are used for display space. This years
event took on the same flavor as years past, with
lots of vendors seeking to get their products in
the many dealerships across the nation, and the
dealerships looking to fill that void in their product
line.
If you are a first time visitor
to the show, it can be overwhelming, as there are
1000's of vendors to stop and talk to or browse
by and just window shop. However, if you are
looking for a new product line, this show is a must
attend. For the media, it's a great opportunity
to meet old contacts and find new contacts alike.
You can easily get caught up in a conversation and
before you know it, an hour has passed. Therefore
it is essential that you try and make the most of
your time.
Since there is so much to cover,
we will only highlight several of the products we
saw at the show. If you want more information
about these products we have provided the contact
information for that product. In addition,
we'll be getting together with some of these vendors
to gather more information and to test their products
to provide our viewers a more in-depth look.

more abuse. In addition, the front
shock mount tube are made of .120 wall tubing

Halo Innovation |
 Halo

With their upper and lower a-arms, front
and rear shock absorbers, Halo has your
suspension needs covered. The upper
a-arms have hard anodized lock-nuts, tig-welded
seamless aluminum tubing. One can
easily adjust the camber without removing
the ball joints (wrenches are supplied.)
Their lower a-arms are made from seamless
steel tubing and tig-welded, with Teflon
impregnated bushing for long-lasting action.
Rear shock has 20 position low-speed
rebound with 16 position low-speed compression,
and 16 position high-speed compression.
Available in dual rate springs with adjustable
spring preload, and fully rebuildable.
Front shock absorber have the same 20 and
16 position settings and are triple rate
springs instead of dual rate.
These shocks are available for the YFZ450,
TRX450, KFX400, LTZ450. Check Halo's

this is actually a product that Warn will
sale for commercial and consumers use alike.

IRIS |
 IRIS
is a European transmission chain manufacture
that that produces a comprehensive range
of high quality chains. The two chains
for the ATV market are the 520 O'Ring and
the 520 X'Ring series. The O'Ring
series has the standard O'ring, circular
rubber washer that is pressed in-between
the outer and inner link which provides
the protection so outdoor elements do not
penetrate the pin and break down the chain.
The new X'Ring series has the same basic
design, but instead of the circular rubber
washer, the rubber washer is in a X design
pattern. Since the design is X in
shape, this achieves a watertight and dirt
free link on the seals. Due to its
lower level of friction, its operation is
softer and cooler and engages better than
traditional O'ring chains. X'Ring
also increases the lifetime of the chain.

Superwinch |
Superwinch announces the Freedom Switch
line of Wireless Winch Controls. The
complete kit comes with a handlebar-mounted
switch hard-wired to the winch, with a complete
wireless keychain remote that will provide
a instant on and off with a maximum range
of 150 feet. Superwinch says the wireless
remote will not have a delayed shut off
like some of those previous wireless products
that have been on the market, but a true
on and off function.
