Previously displayed in the NOHVCC semi, the heavy-duty 39-foot long mural
would make a nice addition to any indoor trailhead or agency office

A unique opportunity currently exists for OHV organizations, agencies, and ride areas following the recent retirement of the NOHVCC semi-truck. The truck has been used for the past four years to display the NOHVCC Adventure Trail educational program and was seen by thousands of youngsters throughout the country. The Adventure Trail addresses ten primary messages regarding OHV trail ethics, safety and responsible behavior in large, colorful drawings. Each panel portrays a specific message with a humorous tilt that also features spectacular scenery and lots of wildlife.

Since the semi is no longer part of the NOHVCC Adventure Trail fleet, and has been replaced by a new 38 trailer and truck, the organization is looking for a good home for the heavy-duty 8-foot high, approx. 36-foot long display panels (the panels are made from heavy encapsulated lamination and are easily cleaned and cared for).

"Our primary goal is to get the display into the hands of someone who can keep it on display at an indoor area where there will be lots of foot traffic," says NOHVCC Executive Director Russ Ehnes. "The panels are still in great shape and of course we want these important messages to continue to be put on display. We've found that people of all ages love looking at them as there is lot of stuff going on in each one of the drawings."

In addition to the mural, there are a host of Adventure Trail products that can be utilized along with the primary display such as the Adventure Trail Quiz, Activity Book, and CD-ROM, all of which are available from the NOHVCC for the price of shipping. To take a look at an example of each one of the ten panels in the display and to find out more about all the other Adventure Trail products go the nohvcc.org Adventure Trail page.

To inquire about obtaining the 36-foot mural, contact the NOHVCC at 800.348.6487 or e-mail trailhead@nohvcc.org The mural would be best displayed in one or two sections.
