STATE TOURISM OFFICE
PRODUCES ADVENTURE GUIDE
Never Go Outdoors Without It
JACKSON, Miss., - Tourism
Development, a division of the Mississippi
Development Authority (MDA) has produced a
comprehensive Adventure Guide. The over 300-page
publication contains in-depth descriptions,
maps, phone numbers, web sites, outfitters,
guides and other helpful information to make a
memorable Mississippi adventure trip.
"Mississippi is a great place if you love the
outdoors. Our climate, abundant wildlife and
natural beauty throughout Mississippi make our
state a year-round destination for outdoor
adventure seekers," said Craig Ray, director of
Tourism, MDA.
The Adventure Guide is divided up into
different sections so one can focus on the
activity most interested in or just to browse
through everything. And it's the perfect size to
throw in a backpack, dry bag or purse.
The new Mississippi Adventure Guide promises
to take Mississippi's visitors and locals to
places in Mississippi outdoors that will excite
the most seasoned hunters and anglers and
equally appeal to the most avid hikers, bikers,
wildlife viewers and other adventures.
"This is a guide to everything Mississippi
offers outdoor lovers. Whether you're a novice
adventurer or highly experienced at your chosen
sport or activity, you will find all the details
