Sears House is a fully restored turn-of-the-century Sears & Roebuck farm house and includes a full kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower/tub, laundry facilities, satellite television, VCR, and outdoor grill. It can host up to seven guests with three bedrooms--one with a queen-size bed, one with a full bed and one with a single bed. There is also a full sleeper sofa.

Rates for the Dower and Sears House are $140 double occupancy and a fee of $15 for each additional guest up to seven.

The Star Cabins are double level structures that can be booked separately or together. Star I features the cabin on the second level with one bedroom with queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It also includes a full kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower/tub, television, VCR and outdoor gas grill. It can host up to four. The Star II has a cabin on the ground level with two bedrooms that include one with queen bed and full bed and one with a full bed. There are two sleeper sofas as well. There is a full kitchen, dining area, and gas fireplace in the living room, full bath with shower, television, VCR and outdoor grill. Guests have direct access to ATV, hiking and horse riding trails from these lodgings. Star II can hold up to 10 guests.  Star I rates are $135 double occupancy with a maximum of four; Star II rates are $145 double occupancy for a maximum of 10. Each additional guest pays $15.00.

The Pop & Granny’s Cabin is a private one bedroom with two full beds and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes a full kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower, television, VCR, and outdoor grill. It holds up to six guests. Nightly rate is $120 double occupancy. Each additional guest pays $15.

The Barn Loft includes a full kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower, laundry facilities, sleeping area with queen size bed, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a bedroom downstairs with two twin beds, satellite TV, VCR, elevated deck, and outdoor grill. It can accommodate six people. Nightly rate is $135 double occupancy. Each additional guest pays $15.

Annie’s Cabin is a fully restored one-room log cabin that includes a gas fireplace, antique claw foot bathtub, full size bed, kitchenette, television, VCR, and outdoor grill. It holds two guests. Nightly rate is $125 double occupancy.

Packages are offered for all accommodations--stay four nights and get the fifth night free or stay Monday and Tuesday and get Wednesday for half price. Children 12 years and younger can stay free in the Lodge, Dower and Sears House and the Star Cabins.

Finally, the site includes RV and Tent Campgrounds with easy access to ATV, hiking and horse trails. Campsites include electric and water hookup and cost $24 a night for two people and $8 per night for each additional guest. Primitive campsites are available for $8 a night.

Other activities available at the Lodge include canoeing and kayaking, and fishing from four of the lodge’s stocked lakes as well as smallmouth, largemouth and spotted bass or green and long-ear sunfish fishing from the Mulberry River. Moreover, there are wineries in the town of Altus about 25 miles from Mulberry Mountain Lodge.

Kayaks and Canoes can be rented from one of several outfitters and guests to the lodge are encouraged to bring their horses. Accommodations include a stable with four horse stalls, paddocks and outdoor training area. In addition, there are panels for temporary stalls. Overnight rate for the horses are $15 per horse in the permanent stalls and $10 per horse in the temporary stalls.
