This lightweight aluminum system never needs rebuilding,
works with no moving parts and is practically indestructible.
The Hush Kit will help keep the Rangers off your back and
still allow you to blow away all of your loud friends. (you
can sneak up on them!)
 The
new 2.5 version utilizes no mounting brackets so you have the
freedom to use any rear handrail you choose without having to
worry if the Hush Kit will mount up. There is a unique
clamping system that will keep everything tight and together
(see photo to the right).

new Hush Kit to kill the noise without killing the power. We
still have that incredible "Toomey Sound", but the
Park Rangers will love you in the Sound Check! An incredible

"Super Cooler" Radiator!
One of the Yamaha Banshee's biggest
impediments to high power is heat! The standard radiator is
only a 2 row, 11mm thick core design that is barely sufficient
for a stock engine. Put high performance pipes and  engine
work on your bike and the radiator's capacity is quickly
overwhelmed. Nothing kills power (and engines) like heat!
Some companies try to tell you that
by changing to an expensive cylinder head that carries more
water will cool your engine.......but how can it? More water
volume does not cool anything, it just ads weight! Imagine you
connected your water cooling system to a 55 gallon drum of
water. Besides taking forever to heat up to operating
temperature, there really is no added cooling happening now is
there?? The same volume of water must trickle through the
stock radiator, where the water transfers its heat to the
aluminum fins and is carried off by the air passing through
the radiator. So, big capacity heads are a fallacy, besides,
they usually are higher compression, and PRODUCE more heat!
As you know, there is only ONE thing
on a Banshee that conducts the heat away from the engine.....
the WATER! and there is only ONE thing that conducts the heat
out of the water..... the RADIATOR!
The solution? Greater radiator
capacity!

for 2000, We have a beautifully hand made, all aluminum,
40 mm thick, single core design, Super Cooler Radiator, that
will drop right in to the standard radiator mounts, and
connect right up with all the standard hoses, and provide a
massive increase in surface area with which the hot engine
water can dissipate its heat. An increase of several hundred
percent of cooling surface area over the stock radiator is
afforded you with this simple drop in installation. You might
even have to tape some of it over in winter!

the stock shrouds, with no modifications or cutting.
