Racing has been working very hard on the Yamaha Raptor.
Were Proud to announce our bolt on kit with the largest Horse
Power increase we've ever seen from bolt ON's. This kit
consists of our CT Pipe and Supertrapp spark arrestor, Pro
Design Pro Flow Air filter kit and jet set for $529.00.
We picked up a minimum of 7 HP at 3000 RPM and 32 HP at 8500.
This is a Must have kit for the Raptor. Stock Hp is just over
33 HP and were hitting almost 50 with just this kit.  We
did our testing on a California model. The end result is the
same 49 state models have slightly more HP stock (rumored to
be around 37). Expect to see our mod package with a cam
and piston in the 60's next month. Pipes should be shipping
around November 22nd. Order as soon as possible we can't build
them fast enough.
We will have graphics kits available in about
two weeks. We'll post photos as soon as they are available. We
are also working on seat foam that is slightly higher and
wider in the front.
CT has also worked very hard with TCS in
developing a suspension package for the Raptor. Front TCS
Shock increase the front end travel from 8.5" to 11"
while allowing the quad to sit lower. TCS fronts also have
adjustable compression damping. They also make the Raptor much
more stable in the corners stopping the roll over of the stock
settings.Your rear shock can be reworked and modified into an
extremely good shock. Travel increased from 9.1" to 11.3
inches again while setting lower. This suspension package is
Race ready and yet is more fun to ride for the recreation
rider.
