Engine
The
forced air-cooled, electric start (kick backup) four-stroke
engine in the TROJAN is OHV (over head valve) design that
produces Maximum torque at low RPM making it very adaptable
for pulling.
Dave
Willis Design Project manager states
“It was our objective to design an engine that would produce
maximum torque at the low rpm and maintain it through out the
RPM range, in fact this little engine will produce more torque
than existing ATV’s on the market in the 220cc bracket. This
objective was possible with the technology we have acquired in
producing our Sports ATV’S and is sure to change users
prospective out look on the Trojan to a useful helper around
any Farm, yard or stable.”
Achieving this extra power with the intercooler and cooling
fan to provide reliability at maximum output.
The
horizontal cylinder is mounted low in the frame for increased
stability, better weight distribution and less roll effect
when cornering.
Not even
the muddiest conditions can deter the sealed double drum
brakes up front and Hydraulic Disk on the rear
Ergonomics
Overall ergonomics were developed for all rider sizes and
ages, The raised foot perches offer the rider better control
whether sitting or standing, The seat cut out ensure shorter
legs can reach the Full foot boards which also protect the
riders feet.
Even in
the roughest conditions load your racks with supplies and you
can count on the Trojan’s hi-torque 4-stroke engine to get the
job done. Rack and loading limits are 15 Kg on the front rack,
and 25Kg carrying capacity on the rear rack. The Trojan is
supplied with a tow-hitch, which is sure to make it a firm
