KAWASAKI ADDS ALL-NEW MATRIX CARBON AND LAVA RED V FORCE™ ATVs TO LINEUP
Special-edition V Force ATVs with dynamic new graphics debut Aug. 18

Kawasaki Motor Corp.IRVINE, California – Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., (KMC) announced it is making the high-performance KFX™700 V Force™ sport model all-terrain vehicle (ATV) available in two dynamic, limited-production graphic designs. Kawasaki will post photos of the special-edition V Force ATVs in all-new Matrix Carbon and Lava Red body work on its web site, http://www.kawasaki.com/, effective Aug. 18.

Kawasaki uses advanced, immersion graphics technology – the same technology used to apply camouflage patterns on the Prairie® sport-utility ATVs – to create the new Matrix Carbon and Lava Red graphic designs that have a lightweight, no-compromises appearance. Like the V Force itself, the Matrix Carbon design has a carbon fiber appearance which denotes a pure sports machine. The Lava Red design is hot as hot can be – there will be no mistaking this new V Force for anything else on the track or trail.

First introduced in Spring, 2003, as an early-release 2004 model, the V Force sport ATV has special appeal for off-road enthusiasts due to its powerful V-twin engine – the first and only V-twin in a sport ATV – racing-type chassis and automatic transmission, which makes fast sport riding easier than most manual shift sport models. Popular in all regions of the U.S., the V Force is especially prominent in the eastern third of the nation where technical, woods-type riding is common. The V Force has also seized numerous victories in Grand National Cross Country ATV racing series, placing the V Force in a position of high visibility.

Tom Orbe, vice president of marketing at KMC, said the special-edition V Force ATVs are not only unique in appearance, but their debut marks the beginning of a new resource Kawasaki is making available to customers.

“We’re doing everything we can to help Kawasaki dealers get the new V Force ATVs on their showroom floors as quickly as possible,” said Orbe, “But we understand many customers will be eager to reserve one of these exciting machines, so we’re posting an order form on our web site that they can download and take to their Kawasaki dealer. It assists everyone by speeding up the process.”

Orbe said once customers have downloaded and completed the order form, they can then take it to their local Kawasaki dealer to make purchase arrangements. The dealer will then make arrangements with KMC to have the new ATV delivered within 30 days.

Orbe added that this helpful online resource is available only for special-edition
V Force ATVs due to limited production quantities. Product information about the Lime Green and Blazing Orange models, as well as Kawasaki’s other recreational products, will continue to be posted on kawasaki.com, but order coupons are only available for the Matrix Carbon and Lava Red V Force ATVs.
