NEWLINE OF ULTRASONIC PARTS CLEANING
SYSTEMS ELIMINATES
TOXIC SOLVENT HAND LABOR. MEETS EPA GUIDELINES.
Simi Valley, CA -- Omegasonics has just announced the Omega®
line of ultrasonic parts cleaning systems designed specifically
for the motor sports industry. The Omega systems use safe,
non-toxic soaps and ultrasound to automatically remove carbon
grease and sludge to clean even the most difficult-to-clean
carbutators, cylinder heads, aluminium parts, power valves,
suspension components and pistons. Meeting all EPA standards,
the new systems eliminate dangerous toxic solvent baths and time
consuming hand labor.
Pays for itself in months. Compared to the conventional parts
cleaning method of expensive toxic solvent sprays and costly
hand cleaning, Omega systems can pay for themselves in as little
as one year. Although savings will vary from user to user,
typical material and labor savings generally exceed $1,000 per
month.
Special features maximize cleaning power and reduce costs.
Using a combination of unique designs and features, the Omega
series is economical to run and maintain. From sludge-resistant
mounting of transducers that maintain ultrasound efficiency, to
fully insulated tank bodies and non-immersion, silicone blanket
heaters that reduce power cost, the new series is designed for
years of trouble-free operation. Critical components are easily
accessible and designed for user maintenance, eliminating costly
service calls and down time.
Full range of models available starting under $1,000.
Depending on size, material and volume of parts being
manufactured, Omegasonics’ family of ultrasonic systems offers
four models of varying bath size and power: the Omega Pro® at
1000 watts ultrasound with a 3.5 cu. ft. bath, the Omega Pro
Plus® at 2000 watts ultrasound with a 5 cu. ft. bath, the Omega
Pro Force® at 2000 watts of ultrasound power with a 7 cu. ft.
bath and the Omega Super Pro® at 4000 watts of ultrasound power
with a 7 cu. ft. bath. For smaller applications, Omegasonics
manufactures a full line of table-top units and can supply
custom systems as needed.
