FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

RIDGE RUNNER RTV BEGINS SETTING UP DEALERSHIPS

Ridge RunnerNampa, ID – After months of selling Ridge Runner Rough Terrain Vehicles factory-direct, the manufacturer has decided to establish a dealer network. By purchasing two vehicles up front and agreeing to order a third within the coming year, Ridge Runner dealers will be able to expand their product line with a rugged, versatile and reasonably priced two-seat RTV that delivers outstanding performance.

“We’ve refined production activity to the point and have solicited enough consumer response in the past three months to make the move to dealerships a win/win proposition for everyone,” said Ridge Runner President Dan Denney.

Introduced in 2004, the Ridge Runner has generated an enthusiastic response in the ATV and sand sports communities. Dealerships are now being established. The Ridge Runner features rack and pinion steering, side by side seats, a roll cage, dual shoulder harnesses that tie into seatbelts and a center of gravity is lower than any ATV. With 18” of chassis clearance and 13.5” of wheel travel the Ridge Runner will rip across rough terrain like a dirt bike with very little rider/passenger discomfort. The cargo deck is expandable, and the company is developing a long list of optional equipment for people who like to trick out their vehicle, including a larger cargo deck, overhead driving lights, upgraded cast wheels, gun scabbards, fenders, and a cockpit enclosure.

Transportable in the back of a standard pickup truck, the Ridge Runner can be off-loaded in seconds. The 697cc, four stroke engine features an automatic transmission with high and low range and reverse. On a smooth road, it will top out above 60 mph. “It isn’t speed that’s going to sell Ridge Runners,” said Denney. “It’s the maneuverability, the sheer fun of enjoying performance that loosens the limits of off-road driving. What a Ridge Runner might do to a weekend really challenges the imagination. The main thing is, at the end of the day anyone who’s been riding one will feel an incredible sense of exhilaration. It won’t beat you up.”

The company is also developing a stretcher-carrying model intended for quick response search and rescue applications due to inquiries from several government agencies.

Ridge Runners are selling at an MSRP of $14,450. For more information, visit www.RidgeRunner.biz or phone (208) 463-4411.
