Haulmark puts Customers
First with One-call Warranty
Unprecedented convenience for trailer owners
BRISTOL, Ind. - "New car owners know they
don't have to call dozens of different companies
to get warranty service for their automobiles.
So, why should they do it with their trailers?"
asks Tony Monda, director of marketing for
Haulmark Industries.
With Haulmark, warranty service is available
with one call - to the *Haulmark dealer that
sold the trailer. The dealer will arrange for
all warranty service.
"This is a significant advance in convenience
for trailer owners. No other manufacturer has
taken this step to lower customer buying risk,"
said Monda. "We believe ownership of our
trailers should be easy and hassle free, and we
think a lower customer risk is one of the three
critical reasons consumers purchase."
The standard practice in the trailer industry
is for the manufacturer of a particular
component to provide the warranty on that
component. For example, if a trailer's axle
assembly malfunctions, the owner must call the
manufacturer of that assembly for service. The
same is true for most other parts, including the
air conditioning, awnings, landing gear,
winches, wheels and numerous other components.
Besides the obvious advantage of saving
trailer owners time and frustration, Haulmark's
new one-call, "automotive model," warranty
service also builds consumer confidence.
"Our goal is to provide the best value
products and services. This new warranty
procedure drives the service we offer to the
next level and sets us apart from the
competition," said Monda.
