Cabela’s Television Wins
Two Golden Moose Awards at the 2007 SHOT Show
Sidney,
Neb. – Cabela’s Outfitter Journal Television and
Cabela’s Memories in the Field both proved
winners as Cabela’s outstanding lineup of
television programming on The Outdoor Channel.
The shows each won a coveted Golden Moose award
during The Outdoor Channel’s awards ceremony
held Saturday evening, January 13, 2007, at the
Hard Rock Café in Orlando, Fla.
Cabela’s Outfitter Journal won a Golden Moose
for Best Editing, while Cabela’s Memories in the
Field won Fan Favorite: Variety Category.
Cabela’s representatives, including Kurt Kaiser,
Cabela’s Media Production Manager, accepted the
awards onstage in front of an appreciative
audience.
“This is just an incredible moment for all of
us associated with the shows,” said Kaiser after
the awards ceremony. “I’m really proud our great
television staff got the recognition they
deserve for their work. It’s a real honor for
the staff and for all Cabela’s employees.”
The Outdoor Channel’s Golden Moose awards are
given to outstanding outdoor shows that are part
of the Outdoor Channel’s respected lineup of
outdoor programming. Watched by millions of
outdoor enthusiasts nationwide, Cabela’s
