Fushin USA Recalls
Youth Model ATVs Due to Risk of Injury to Young
Riders
The following product safety recall was
voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation
with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the
product immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Product Involved: Fushin ATVs
Units: About 650
Distributor: Fushin USA LLC, of Dallas, Texas
Hazard: These ATVs lack front brakes, a tire
pressure gauge, and padding to cover the sharp
edges on the handlebar assembly, which could
pose a risk of injury to young riders.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Description: This recall involves FXSA
002A-90cc. The size 90cc youth ATV comes in a
variety of colors such as black, red, blue,
yellow, green, pink, tan camo, blue camo, army
camo, green camo leaf camo, pink camo and
yellow/black.
Sold by: Fushin dealerships and online
nationwide from October 2005 through May 2006
for between $250 and $350.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should stop using them
immediately and contact their local dealer to
schedule a free repair. Registered owners have
been notified about this recall by mail.
