Developed for the thunderous, 950cc V-Twin
these big Cats share, this beefy,
super-efficient radiator boasts a dual-row, 57mm
core with 35 rows of tubes that gives it 34
percent more fluid capacity than stock,
significantly lowering coolant temperatures.
This performance upgrade keeps the Thundercat
and Prowler motors at optimum temperatures in
low-air-flow riding conditions and provides
consistent cooling in high-speed situations.
FLUIDYNE's® new radiator for these Cats is
also stronger and more durable than their OEM
units. Constructed from aircraft-quality
aluminum, structural improvements include
thicker materials throughout, a CNC-machined
billet filler neck and beaded hose connections
for leak-proof sealing. These components are
held together with substantial TIG welds to
withstand extreme conditions and produce a crash
survival rate far exceeding the stock radiator.
The FLUIDYNE® unit is topped off with a
stainless-steel cap rated at 21 psi to attain a
higher boiling point and prevent overheating.
