New SPEEDPoint Tandem Disc from Arctic Cat

Thief River Falls, Minn. (June 25, 2010) –
Whether it’s for food plots or large gardens,
the new Tandem Disc from the Arctic Cat line of
Prowler SPEEDPoint implements works the soil to
perfection quickly and easily via a UTV. A full
70 in. wide, the Tandem Disc features 20 notched
16-in. discs attached to four gangs with five
angle positions for custom cutting and soil
mixing. Eighteen adjustable hitch height
positions and the easy-adjust turnbuckle depth
control add versatility. Retractable transport
arms utilize dual tires that pivot with the
terrain for excellent flotation.
Like the other all-new Prowler SPEEDPoint
implements, the Tandem Disc attaches to the
UTV’s 2-in. ball, plugs into the wiring harness
and is ready in seconds. The driver
raises/lowers the implement with a dash-mounted
switch that activates a 12-volt
electric-hydraulic actuator (sold separately and
transferable to all Prowler SPEEDPoint
attachments).
