Tested and Approved - Patriot Racing, Aluminum Sprocket
One of the most important and often overlooked things on an

When building a sport ATV for racing, good lightweight and
strong sprockets are a must. And adding a custom cut one is
nice addition to help show off that custom ride is a must!
We tested one of Patriot racings sprockets on our test Yamaha
Raptor. After installing the Patriot sprocket on our
Raptor we took it to the sand dunes to give it a good test.
We ran the raptor for 1 week climbing the dunes and racing the
trails as hard as we could to see how well the sprocket would
hold up. I was very surprised to see almost no wear on it
since the Raptor has lots of torque. Aluminum sprockets tend
to wear faster but in return help shave weight to help lighten
up your ride, and in racing lighter is better. The milled
sprocket from Patriot racing seemed to hold up to the
challenge we gave it.
We would say that when results like this are seen on a milled
sprocket, a lot of work went into it to make it a long lasting
and strong sprocket able to withstand the tortures we put them
through.
