Cleveland, OH -- (Fast-Trak Event Press Release) – April 2, 2002
12 Hours of ATV America
Fast-Trak is proud to announce the first annual 12 Hours of ATV America! Fort Dodge, IA will host the first-ever American version of the event on October 12, 2002. There will be two amateur classes (A and B levels) and a professional class for everyone 16 years and older. A large pro purse will insure that the sport's best professionals from all over the world show up to lay claim on the inaugural Olympics of ATV racing.

The course will offer a TT section (the same track as the GNC TT round 1), a mild motocross section and a super wide cross-country section. With this layout, the year-end event pits GNCC superstars against GNC TT and MX stars. Lap times for the event will be in the 10-minute range. Teams will consist of 1-3 riders. 12 Hours of ATV America will feature two (6) hour sessions. The first will start at 8 AM the second at 5 PM on Saturday October 12.

Trackside Software, the same scoring company responsible for the GNCC series, will score the event with specially built electronic devises, which log laps and lap times each time the team's ATV passes the checkpoint. The team with the most laps at the end of the second (6) hour session will win the inaugural 12 Hours of ATV America!

Fast-Trak is currently communicating with a few production companies to produce a package to broadcast this ground breaking and unique event on television!

12 Hours of ATV America is the one event that has been missing from the sport of ATV racing in the United States. It has the potential to quickly become the highlight of ATV racing in America.
