2004 GNCC Banquet Schedule Announced
Bike banquet Saturday, November 27th, ATV Banquet Saturday,
December 4th
Morgantown, WV – The 2004 GNCC Banquets are
coming. If you've never been to one, you've missed out on a
really good time. And if you have, well, there's no excuse for
not coming back!
The AMA Grand National Cross Country Series Banquets will once
again be held at Lakeview Resort in Morgantown, West Virginia.
The Bike Banquet will take place on Saturday, November 27th, and
the ATV Banquet on Saturday, December 4th. Arrival time for both
banquets is 6 p.m.
The banquets award the top-ten finishers in every GNCC class
with plaques, prizes and contingency, and it also gives the
racers an opportunity to thank the people who helped them reach
their achievement. The banquet is a fun event, because it gives
riders a chance to mingle without dealing with the pressure of
winning or losing a race.
A live band will play in the Lakeview lounge, which will be
reserved for the racers. A buffet dinner will also be served.
Lakeview will offer a special room rate for racers, and the
facility offers an array of things to do, from spas, pools and
workout rooms, to a variety of restaurants.
It's going to be good. So enjoy this once-a-year off-season
reunion with all of your racing buddies. Stay tuned for more
