Suzuki Grand National Cross Country Series
Honda Posts Over
Half-Million Dollars in 2006 GNCC Contingency
Largest contingency program in the series comes
to the Red Riders
Morgantown, WV – American
Honda’s Red Rider Rewards program will have
Suzuki Grand National Cross Country racers on
red machines thinking green in 2006. Their new
contingency program is the largest total in the
2006 GNCC Series, with $443,300 available for
bikes and $104,975 available for ATVs.
“The motivation is to get more
red bikes and red ATVs out there,” says Bill
Savino of the Honda Rider’s Club of America.
“The more red, the better the dealers feel.
We’re expanding on both bikes and ATVs,
especially now that we have both the CRF250X and
450X models, and the TRX450R ATV.”
The contingency program covers
nearly 50 classes of GNCC Racing, including
minicycles in the Youth Series, Utility ATVs and
nearly all of the adult bike and ATV classes.

GNCC contingency page at

for over $2.8 million in series prizes and
contingency money. Associate sponsors include
