Suzuki Grand National Cross Country Series
Revised Final Dates for
2007 Suzuki GNCC Series
Morgantown,
WV – Racer Productions, producers of the Suzuki
Grand National Cross Country Series, announces
the dates for the 2007 GNCC Racing season. The
13-round season begins in March and ends in
October.
Two significant changes have been made since
the tentative GNCC dates were published a month
ago. The original schedule included back-to-back
weekend dates in April, but feedback from GNCC
racers indicated the back-to-back was too
difficult for racers’ travel plans. The new
dates eliminate the back-to-back weekends in
April. Then this week, Racer Production learned
that their Steel City Motocross National has
been moved forward one week for 2007, which
opens up Labor Day Weekend for a GNCC. The
series will now run five races after the GNCC
summer break as opposed to the traditional four,
which further eases spring travel tie ups for
the racers.
GNCC Racing apologizes for any inconvenience
the changes may cause.
