Honda Steps up GNCC
Contingency with $25,000 Championship Bonus
Morgantown, WV– Honda’s popular Red Rider
Rewards program returns to the 2007 AMA Grand
National Cross Country Series in a big way, with
contingency available for both bike and ATV
racers as well as an unprecedented $25,000 GNCC
Overall Championship Bonus on the line for two
and four-wheeled pro racers (XC1 Pro class).
“We have big bonuses for motocross and
supercross, but GNCC is getting bigger and
bigger,” says Bill Savino Manager of the Honda
Rider’s Club of America. “There’s TV, there’s
more press, and more riders. Last year we
stepped in with expanded contingency. This year
we again have great contingency, and we also
want to reward a rider that can be a champion on
a Honda.”
The Honda program offers contingency for GNCC
bike and ATV riders, including Youth bikes as
well as classes all the way up to the pro ranks.
