Final laps for High Points Championships set for Saturday

The final round of the Fourth Annual AMP Outlaw Winter Nationals Races will be held Saturday night May 5th at the Historic OK Corral Indoor Arena in Harrah, Oklahoma. Indoor Motorcycle racing began in the barn in 1973, first winner was Shawnee native K&N Yamaha rider Randy Cleek. Ok Corral Indoor Arena is located at 20450 S.E. 29th Street in Harrah, Oklahoma which is 20 miles due east of downtown OKC and four miles north of I-40 at the Newalla/Harrah exit.

The Indoor Series has seen 314 competitors since the first race held December 6th this season. Race fans have witnessed four divisions of vehicles including Pro and amateur Dirt Track Motorcycles, Dirt Karts, ATV Four Wheelers and Hot Rod Mowers racing on the tight specially prepared oval indoor short track. Dr. Jack Rhodes will be calling all the action for the final 10th round of competition.

Tickets are available at the gate the night of the races. Gen Admn. Adults $15, Kids 4-16 $5 under 4 free. All Access Pit Pass $20 all ages. Races begin at 5:30pm with Hot Laps, Heat Races start at 8pm. Races run Rain or Shine. Info 918-902-5786 www.geocities.com/oreillydirttrack.
