KTM’s Tim Farr
Continues Winning Streak at Dixieland Speedway

Tim Farr |
Elizabeth City, NC –
Eleven-time and reigning Pro ATV Champion, Tim
Farr, continued his win streak with his third
consecutive win in a row at the Dixieland
Speedway in Elizabeth City, NC. The
Dixieland Speedway has been a long time fixture
on the ATVA EDT circuit and marked round six of
the 2007 ATVA Extreme Dirt Track Series.
Farr started off the day well as he and his
KTM rocketed off the start to grab the holeshot
in his heat race. Darin Ogden followed
Farr through turn one, but soon lost sight of
Farr as Farr extended his lead significantly
each lap leading to a convincing win. The
second heat race was won by Bryon Partee.
The track was very high speed and contained
only three turns with a few small jumps in the
infield. The track also utilized turn one
of the oval and most of the straightaway that
headed into turn two.
As the light turned green for the main event
fans saw a replay of Farr and his KTM grabbing
the holeshot and leading the field into the
first turn. Farr began to stretch out his
lead as Ogden and Houston Lowder worked their
way forward to pass Partee for the second and
third positions. When the checkers flew it
was Farr who crossed through first securing the
win.
Farr’s win further increased his lead in his
quest for the Championship. Two rounds
remain in the ATVA Extreme Dirt Track Series.
