HGR Kawasaki teams with MotoX Nutrition
Oil City, PA (12/20/07) – A partnership
between HGR (Hetrick Racing/Gabriel
Racing/Kawasaki) and MotoX Nutrition was
announced earlier today. This partnership
is the first of its kind due to the extent of
the program. Christian Chambers of MotoX
Nutrition in conjunction with performance
nutrition student Casey Bard will be heading a
unique training, nutrition and supplementation
program geared towards optimum physical
conditioning. “We are happy to be involved
with the Kawasaki/HGR team and we hope that we
can put these guys on the podium” stated Mr.
Chambers in an interview, “these riders need to
be treated like the professional athletes that
they are, this is where MotoX Nutrition comes
in.”
This
partnership will mark the first of many changes
to the HGR preparation program. “We feel
that this is the next step, this is a great
opportunity for our riders to further succeed”
stated Hetrick Racing owner Rich Hetrick.
Team HGR will be piloting their Factory 2008
Kawasaki KFX450R’s at the ATVA Motocross
Nationals in 2008 and they believe that this
partnership is a step in the right direction.
As stated
before, the riders will have access to the vast
knowledge provided by the appointed
professionals. Mr. Chambers of MotoX
Nutrition is a competitive ATV racer as well as
a sports nutrition expert. With many years
of experience in the field, he felt it was time
to help out on the least addressed principles in
ATV racing, nutrition and personal preparation.
“Casey contacted me with a problem and we worked
out a solution. With MotoX Nutrition
products, I feel that HGR will be able to
outperform the competition at the ATVA
Nationals.”
“We will address all aspects of preparation.
Eating (Nutrition) is one piece to the puzzle.
Training, Eating, Competing and Recovering are
the entire picture” added Mr. Bard. As an
employee of Hetrick Racing as well as a student
of performance nutrition at Edinboro University
of Pennsylvania, Mr. Bard has a unique
connection to ATV Racing and Nutrition.
MotoX
Nutrition endorses many other riders from other
genres of ATV racing. Names like Cody
Anderson and Kyle Dammann as well as the Derisi
Racing Team will share the title of being on
board with the leader in ATV Racing Performance
Nutrition. Top WORCS series competitors
Justin Waters, Drew Lattimar, and Jeff McGahan
are a few other riders under Mr. Chambers’
direction.
