Yamaha to Offer Nearly $400,000 in GNCC
Contingency Bonuses
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – (Jan.
2, 2008) Racer Productions, producers of
the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series
(GNCC), announced today that Yamaha Motor
Corporation will offer $375,375 in contingency
bonuses for bike participants during the
13-round 2008 Can-Am GNCC Series.
Yamaha spokesperson, Donnie Luce, states,
“Yamaha is proud to offer a contingency bonus
for one of the toughest off-road series in the
world and looks forward to seeing a strong blue
contingent battling for the podium spots in
several classes in 2008.”
The 2008 GNCC season kicks off March 1-4 at
The Triton in Melbourne, Fla. ATV’s will
practice Saturday, March 1 and race Sunday,
March 2. Bikes will practice Monday, March 3 and
