Pre-Registration of Stateline Supermoto
Challenge Ends on March 28
Primm, Nevada - In
just a few days the largest three day racing
event in North America and the Daytona 500 of
Supermoto will close pre-registration. Hundreds
of pro and amateur Quad, Supermoto and UTV (Side
X Side) racers have already signed up for the
Stateline Supermoto Challenge through xbux.com.
The clock is ticking for your opportunity to
save with pre-registration. Pre-registration
will close at the end of business on March 28,
2008. Registration will also be available at the
event on April 4-6, 2008.
This is the first opportunity each year for
racers to checkout their competition, equipment
and get ready for the upcoming season. Since the
Stateline Supermoto Challenge happens a week
before the AMA Supermoto kickoff at the ESPN
Moto X World Championships X-Games in San Diego,
racers such as Currie, Dymond, Carlson, Nicoll,
Fillmore, Drew, Trachy, Herfoss and the like
will be tuning up for the start of their season.
One pro that is pre-registered and looking to
get a handle on his 2008 KTM 450 SX-F equipment
is Chris Fillmore of HMCRacing.com. "I really
like this event, the dirt section is always
demanding and the parking lot track proves a
real challenge to get your suspension set up
right," said Fillmore.
The Stateline Supermoto Challenge takes place
at Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino in Primm,
Nevada, just a couple of hours from L.A. and
less than an hour from Las Vegas. The venue is a
fully self-contained resort, making it the ideal
location for fans and racers to spend an
action-packed weekend kicking off the Supermoto
season.
"I know that the economy is impacting
everyone so we've added high-energy
entertainment, provided discount lodging and
produced a world-class track," explained Marche
Karger, Event Manager Organizer and Supermoto
racer.
Discounted rooms are available at Buffalo
Bills Resort & Casino by calling 1-800-FUN-STOP
to make reservations. The discount code is
SCC0409. The discount code is valid until March
26th, so act now to save some money!
The Jagermeister Music mobile concert stage
will be on hand and kicking the weekend off with
a Guitar Hero contest on Friday night.
Saturday afternoon, the So-Cal all girl rock
band Beauty-In-Stereo hits the Jagermeister
stage. After the racing action is finished on
Saturday, the ultra fun rock n' roll karaoke
band, Cover Me Badd will be rocking out with
singers from the audience jumping up on stage to
showcase their vocal talents.
"I just want to put on a bitchen race, Karger
says modestly. "That's the bottom line."
One of the biggest thrills of the three day
event is the team races that include two racers
and two bikes per team. During the race up to
35 teams per class compete and change riders
every ten minutes by rolling down the
NASCAR-style pit lane and touching their front
wheel to their teammate's rear wheel. After the
touch is made the competitor roars off into
battle for another session of heated
competition.
Tickets with pit passes are $30.00 for the
weekend, and $15 for a day at the gate. Racers
can pre-register sign up at XBUX.com, or sign up
at the event. Complete event information is
available at
www.statelinechallenge.com.
