Squad Win SCORE Baja 1000!
Desert racing star, Wayne Matlock, team up
with TT Champ, Harold Goodman, multi-time
winner, Marc Spaeth, and H-Bomb Films/Bomb
Squad/Division 4 owner, Wes Miller to win the
2008 SCORE Baja 1000. The win topped off a
perfect season and a clean sweep of the 3 most
prestigious desert races, the San Felipe 250,
Baja 500, and Baja 1000. The team secured the
2008 SCORE Championship in dominant fashion
winning by 9 minutes. The race was close through
most of the day, with the Matlock 8a quad
battling the 1a of Danny Prather. The 2 teams
swapped positions several times in the first 400
miles. In the end, Matlocks team rode a near
flawless race and was able to make a pass for
good.
