New Series Name and
Logo Announced for the 2009 ITP Tires/Moose
Racing
AMA ATV Motocross Championship Presented by
Parts Unlimited
Morgantown, W.Va. (January 12, 2009) -- The
ATV Promoters Group (ATVPG), in conjunction with
the American Motorcyclist Association and
All-Terrain Vehicle Association, has announced a
new series name and series logo for the 2009 ITP
Tires/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross
Championship Presented by Parts Unlimited.
Previously called the ITP Tires/Moose Racing
AMA/ATVA National Motocross Championship
presented by Parts Unlimited, the new title, the
ITP Tires/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross
Championship Presented by Parts Unlimited,
presents a more streamlined look and name for
the series.
The amateur racing portion of the series remains
sanctioned by the ATVA, whose parent company is
the AMA, and the series' promoters will still
accept both ATVA and AMA memberships at Rider
Registration. The series' structure will remain
the same, as well.
