Motoworks Race
Report- Round #5 (Sunset Ridge)
Walnut, IL: 5/3/09-Motowork’s East Coast MX
team headed out to Illinois this past weekend,
where they would take in Round #5 of the
ITP/Moose AMA ATV Motocross Championships at
Sunset Ridge.
WORCS rider and new addition Jeremie Warnia
would join the rest of the crew for this east
coast battle. “This was the original idea
we had. Jeremie was hired to participate in the
AMA ATV MX series next year, he has been
transitioning from the WORCS series and he is
actually doing really well.” Johnny Leach-

Jeremy Lawson who captured a 2nd in Moto #1,
and ran well until suffering a broken axle in
moto #2 would only put him at 10th O/A for the
weekend. Brandon Smith rode consistent
again, going 11-7 for 8th O/A. WORCS pilot
Jeremie Warnia would run the best on the weekend
finishing 6th O/A with a 8 in moto #1 & a 4th in
moto #2.
The Motoworks Pro MX team will take on
Pennsylvania later this month as they head to
the famous Steel City Raceway for round #6.
