Creamer Takes the
First QuadCross Win
Chino, Calif. – March 16, 2010 – For his
first ride aboard his Yoshimura-equipped Suzuki
QuadRacer R450, Josh Creamer looked completely
comfortable and took charge early on in the
first ITP QuadCross race of the season. The
race, at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino,
Calif., was a way for Creamer and his
Yoshimura-prepped quad to get some real-life
race experience before the start of the AMA ATV
Motocross series.
Creamer got the holeshot, pulled away, and led
every lap of the Pro class. His Yoshimura
exhaust helped his machine make useable power
and had plenty of pull off the starting gate,
where Creamer set the tone for the race. Creamer
was thrilled with the way the ATV reacted to his
input.
Yoshimura’s ATV Marketing Manager and former ITP
QuadCross champion Kory Ellis was equally happy
with the results. “Creamer really used the
quad’s power to the fullest,” Ellis said. “We
can’t wait to see how Creamer’s motocross season
goes this year, and if this QuadCross race is
any indication, we’ll have a lot more podium
finishes to look forward to.”
Ellis and the Yoshimura Support Rig will be
attending every round of the ITP QuadCross
series to lend support to racers with Yoshimura
exhausts and to provide demos to racers who want
to experience the legendary Yoshimura power for
themselves. The next race on the schedule is at
Arizona Cycle Park in Buckeye, Ariz., on April
11.
