ADDITIONAL NOTES

subject to change for click tracking.

Advertiser assumes
responsibility for whether user have
required viewer installed.

If Flash is used, the
.SWF file must be created with a
self-contained link to the advertiser’s
site, and the link must open in a new
window (target=”_blank”). The ad
must be accompanied by all necessary
HTML code to display and link from the
ad.

|
Unless otherwise provided
herein, all creative (text, artwork, and
other components of the ad display) must
be received at least 5 days prior to the
date it is scheduled to run. There are
exceptions if advertiser needs an
immediate start, however 5 days should
be given. If creative is not received
within the timeframe prescribed hereby,
guaranteed start date will be reduced
for the period of time that the reserved
space was not filled due to delayed
creative without affecting
Agency's/Advertiser's financial
responsibility for all ad space ordered.

All contents of
advertisements are subject to ATV
Source’s approval. ATV Source reserves
the right to reject any advertisement if
such advertisement is not consistent, in
ATV Source's sole editorial judgment,
with the content of the
www.atvsource.com site or with the
business interests of ATV Source.

|
The clickTAG is the
tracking code assigned by the ad serving
network to an individual ad. The
clickTAG allows the network to register
where the ad was displayed when it was
clicked on. This click through data is
reported to the ad serving servers so
advertisers may determine the
effectiveness of their campaign.
