of the USA, please send two or more international
postal reply coupons (available at your local post
office) instead of stamps. Stamps from your country,
however beautiful, are unusable in the United States.

here is a more detailed explanation:
- Place a envelope that is stamped and addressed
to yourself INSIDE another envelope.
- This outer envelope should be mailed to
the address below.
