General Location: 9 miles Southwest of
Oskaloosa, Iowa in Mahaska County.
Description: This area is an old 360
acre strip mine with a wide variety of riding including hills,
pits, and woods trails. There are two motocross tracks, large
parking lot, and room for primitive camping.

Trail Description: This park is now run by the DNR
and is no longer accessible by jeeps or trucks. It is
reserved for ATV's and Motorcycles only. Helmets and
Registration stickers are required for entry.
Info Other: Open only to ATV's and Motorcycles.
Park is totally fenced in and entry by anything larger than
an ATV is impossible.
General Location: South of Ely, Iowa
Description: This area the only park
not funded with OHV registration dollars. It is a legal place
for Jeeps and four-wheel drive truck to roam. Maintenance has
been minimal by the dirt bike and ATV riders since it is
ridden by other user groups and difficult to maintain.

5 miles North of Plano, Iowa. - adjacent to Rathbun Lake.
Description: This area is a nice area near Lake Rathbun with a lot of
scenic wooded trails. This property is owned by the Army Corp
of Engineers.

Riverview OHV
Park
General Location: Within the city
limits of Waterloo, Iowa. Take U.S. Highway 218 to Hawthorne
Avenue, then east, turn immediately to your right and then
left to jog around the local businesses. You will drive about
3 blocks to get to the parking lot.
Description: This area has quite a
history. It is surrounded by the Cedar River, which creates
some nice riverside trails. there is a nice variety of riding
throughout the park. Soon there are two motocross tracks,
large parking lot and other features.

Lodging: Great lodging is available at
the Heartland Inn within 1.5 miles of the Waterloo riding
area. This motel is very nice and the people
there are great. They liked us so much they became associate
members. Please thank them with your business and you will
